The plan can help you keep your lab running smoothly with preventive maintenance, proactive instrument monitoring, and fast response should an instrument require repair. Our “Uptime” option provides guaranteed next-business-day on-site response.

• Qualification Services—includes Instrument Performance Verification (IPV) after maintenance or repair; and compliance support documentation
• Instrument operating software upgrades
