 | Tali® reagents have been developed and optimized specifically for use on the Tali® Image Cytometer. While sharing the same basic workflow and user interface, all Tali® reagents differ in the fluorescence channels being collected and analyzed by the internal algorithm. Currently Tali® assays have been developed for apoptosis analysis, cell viability in the green channel, and cell viability in the red channel. |

Tali® Viability Kit - Dead Cell Red

Tali® Apoptosis Kit
 | | The Tali® Apoptosis Kit enables identification of apoptotic cells and discrimination of apoptotic from necrotic and live cells in a population. The kit stains apoptotic cells with green Annexin V – Alexa Fluor® 488, stains necrotic cells with both red propidium iodide and green Annexin V – Alexa Fluor® 488, and does not stain live cells.
