The potential for novel approaches using other dye conjugates
Invitrogen has a wide selection of near infrared (NIR) dye conjugates that may be useful in small animal imaging research. While these have not been specifically validated for in vivo use, the characteristics of these NIR dyes, NIR contrast reagents, NIR conjugates, and products would suggest they may be successfully used for fluorescent imaging in small animal models.
