Qtracker® Cell Labeling Kits

Qtracker® cell labeling kits deliver fluorescent Qdot® nanocrystals into live cells using a custom targeting peptide. Once inside the cells, Qtracker® labels provide intense, stable fluorescence that can be traced through several generations and are not transferred to adjacent cells in a population. Qtracker® cell labeling kits are an excellent tool for long-term studies of live cells and tissues, including migration, motility, morphology and other cell function assays. Several colors are currently available; making Qtracker® labels a powerful means for investigating the biological interactions of multiple live cells simultaneously. Qtracker® cell labeling kits allow you to:

Qtracker® Cell Labeling Kit Components

Qtracker® cell labeling kits are supplied with 100 µL of the Qtracker® Reagent A and 100 µL of the Qtracker® Carrier Reagent B. The protocol included provides general guidelines for using the product in live-cell labeling. Qtracker® cell labeling reagents are flexible and can be adapted to many applications as the Qtracker® cell labeling reagents will not perturb the biological function of living cells.
