Dynal® T4 Quant™ is designed for monitoring immunodeficiency such as HIV infection, and has been successfully used in developing countries. Cells are easily counted in a microscope, and the results are presented as the number of CD4+ T cells per μl of whole blood. A range of products are adviced for use with Dynal® T4 Quant™, including staining solutions, buffer, tubes and hemocytometer.
