  • Product Usage: Human CD14, TLR1 and TLR10 were cloned into pcDNA3.1. Several mutations were then introduced into these genes within the pcDNA3.1 vector. 293 T cells were plated at 2 x 10^5 cells/well overnight and transiently transfected the next day with Lipofectamine 2000 using 100 ng of a luciferase reporter plasmid, 50 ng of CD14 and 100 ng of human TLR2 with or without 100 ng of the other TLRs. To maintain the total amount of DNA constant in each trasfection, empty pcDNA3.1 was added where necessary.
