- Product Usage: The plasmids bearing Myc-tagged ACTN4 or ABDR14 (aa 1-724) were generated by subcloning the EcoRI-XhoI fragments produced by PCR into pcDNA4/myc-His. PS120/NHE3V fibroblast cells were grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium supplemented with 25 mM NaHCO3, 10 mM HEPES, 50 units/ml penicillin, 50 µg/ml streptomycin and 10% fetal bovine serum. PS120 cell lines were stably transfected with Lipofectamine and selected with 800 µg/ml Zeocin, 400 µg/ml G418, and 600 µg/ml hygromycin.
