Real-Time PCR Expertise in dye chemistries and oligonucleotide labeling has allowed Invitrogen to develop powerful Real-Time PCR detection reagents. All qRT-PCR Reagents include SuperScript® III Reverse Transcriptase to provide consistent, reliable cDNA synthesis. The addition of uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG) prevents carryover contamination that can lead to false positives. All of Invitrogen's Real-Time PCR Reagents are tested on a variety of Real-Time PCR instruments, allowing us to support our products on virtually any instrument.
