GC-Rich PCR
AccuPrime™ GC-Rich DNA Polymerase was developed specifically for GC-rich targets.

High-Fidelity PCR
Proofreading enzymes such as Platinum® Pfx DNA polymerase offer the highest fidelity (lowest error rate).

High-Specificity PCR
Platinum® hot-start enzymes improve specificity and prevent mispriming. AccuPrime™ accessory proteins are included in many enzyme preparations.

Long-Fragment PCR
For templates longer than 10 kb, use a high-yield PCR enzyme blend containing Taq polymerase and a proofreading enzyme.

PCR Genotyping
