Enrich epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood, bone marrow, or PBMC suspensions. Enriched tumor cells are lysed for mRNA isolation and RT-PCR amplification. The sensitivity of combined enrichment and RT-PCR detection can be as high as 1 tumor cell in 1 ml blood. Depletion of epithelial tumor cells from whole blood/bone marrow or PBMC. Positive isolation of epithelial tumor cells for downstream molecular analysis. No columns required Starting samples: Whole blood, bone marrow, PBMC, buffy coat.
