LysoSensor™ Yellow/Blue DND-160 is a ratiometric probe that can be used to measure the pH of acidic organelles, such as lysosomes. The LysoSensor dye produces blue fluorescence in neutral environments, but changes to yellow fluorescence in more acidic environments. The pK a of LysoSensor Yellow/Blue DND-160 is ~4.2.

LysoTracker® Red DND-99 is a red-fluorescent dye for labeling and tracking acidic organelles in live cells. Features of all LysoTracker® probes include: • High selectivity for acidic organelles • Good retention after aldehyde fixation • Effective labeling of live cells at nanomolar concentrations • Live cell imaging • Excitation/Emission: 577/590 nm Simple, Highly Specific, One-Step Staining and Tracking of Acidic Organelles The LysoTracker® probes consist of a fluorophore linked to a weak base that is only partially protonated at neutral pH. This allows LysoTracker® probes to freely permeate ...

Molecular Probes® CellTracker™ fluorescent probes freely pass through cell membranes and are converted to cell-impermeant reaction products. The cell-impermeant form is passed to daughter cells through several generations but is not transferred to adjacent cells in the population. Cells that are loaded with CellTracker™ probes are typically fluorescent and viable for at least 24 hours, making these probes excellent long-term cell tracers. Furthermore, the staining pattern can be fixed with formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde to allow long-term storage of the labeled cells or tissue, to facilitate s...

DAF-FM is a reagent that is used to detect and quantify low concentrations of nitric oxide (NO). It is essentially nonfluorescent until it reacts with NO to form a fluorescent benzotriazole. DAF-FM fluorescence can be detected by any instrument that can detect fluorescein, including flow cytometers, microscopes, fluorescent microplate readers and fluorometers. DAF-FM Specifications: • Ex/Em of DAF-FM: ~495/515 nm • Lyophilized product should be dissolved using DMSO and then added to an aqueous buffer to create a working solution • DAF-FM diacetate is cell permeant and passively diffuses across...

To permit simultaneous long-term tracing of mixed-cell populations using different fluorescent colors, we have developed a probe whose applications should be similar to those of CFDA SE (commonly called CFSE). Cells labeled with our SNARF-1 carboxylic acid, acetate, succinimidyl ester have orange-red fluorescence that can be easily distinguished from that of cells loaded with green-fluorescent tracers such as CFDA SE.
