Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 µl, containing 5 × 10 5 – 2 × 10 6 adherent cells or 1 × 10 6 – 5 × 10 6 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the 100 µl Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a 6-well, 60 mm, or 10 cm culture dish, depending on your protocol.
