Properly controlled IHC stains require that a non-immune immunoglobulin equivalent of the primary antibody be run on the sample tissue in the same way that the primary antibody is run. Any positive staining would indicate that the primary antibody stain may not be specific. These reagents can be used as negative isotype controls for our predilute primary antibodies.
