The TaqMan® Array Human Viral Pathogen Screening Card contains 16 pre-selected TaqMan® pathogen detection assays to detect multiple strains of human viral pathogens. These pathogens are: HPV16, HTLV-1, HTLV-2, EBV, CMV, BKV, JCV,SV40, HBV, HCV, HHV-1 or HSV-1, HHV-7, HIV-1, HIV-2 and HAdV C. The TaqMan® assays for HBV, HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-2 and HAdV C are multiplexed assays. All of the assays have been validated using stem cell culture.
