The BigDye® Terminator v3.1 sequencing standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye® Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration⁄performance check and⁄or one control sequencing run on the Applied Biosystems® 3500 Series Genetic Analyzer. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability. For Research Use Only. Not intended for human or animal therapeutic or diagnostic use.
