The TCRγδ, clone UC7-13D5, Alexa Fluor® 488 dye conjugate is an Armenian hamster antibody that detects mouse TCRγδ. The Alexa Fluor® 488 dye provides the best fluorescein (FITC) substitute available. The Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescence emission profile is almost identical to that of fluorescein, and provides pH-insensitive fluorescence between pH 4 and 10.
