The microcentrifuge spin columns included with the FastTrack® 2.0 and Micro-FastTrack™ 2.0 Kits are available separately. The columns are made from polypropylene and are designed to enhance the speed and efficiency of polyA⁺ RNA isolation. The columns are sterilized and RNase-free.
