The highly deionized (Hi-Di) Formamide is used to resuspend samples before electrokinetic injection in capillary electrophoresis systems. The smaller configuration (5 ml) minimizes the number of freeze⁄thaw cycles compared to the larger 25ml bottle and may be a better fit when running a lower number of samples.
