Immunogen: Keyhole limpet hemocyanin coupled with equal amounts of phosphotyrosine, glycine, and alanine

Specificity: Reacts specifically with tyrosine phosphorylated proteins in the native or denatured states, and does not react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine. Reacts with a wide variety of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins in all tested species.

Reactivity: Human, Mouse, (positive controls: mouse brain, NIH 3T3 cells (+/- TPA), K562 cells, EGF-stimulated A431 cells, and MCF-7 cell lysates)
