This Applied Biosystems® product is designed for the purification of RNA from whole blood for real-time RT-PCR, microarrays, or other high-quality RNA experiments. 12 samples can be processed in about 45 minutes. For use with the ABI PRISM® 6100 Nucleic Acid PrepStation, sufficient reagents are included for 24 purifications.
