Specific for KDM4D

KDM4D is a histone demethylase that is preferentially expressed in the testis. The demethylase activity of KDM4D is preferential for di- and trimethylated Lys-9 residues of histone H3, but exhibits no activity for monomethylated Lys-9. It plays a role in spermatogenesis and in transcriptional regulation.
