Interleukin 2 Receptor Gamma Chain (IL2RG), recombinant mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 263) of mouse IL2RG (NP_038591.1) fused to the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Activity: Measured by its ability to bind biotinylated recombinant rat IL2 in a functional ELISA.

Formulation: Lyophilized in 100 mM Glycine, 10 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris, pH7.5, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 25 µg/µl or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.

This protein is manufactured by SINO Biological.
