Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus Fusion protein (Strain long) (HRSV-F), recombinant viral protein is supplied in frozen protein. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human RSV (strain long) fusion protein (P12568.1) (Met 1-Thr 529) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.

Formulation: 20 mM Tris, 500 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol, pH 7.4.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed. Store at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
