Chitinase 3-Like 2 (CHI3L2), recombinant human protein is supplied as a frozen protein. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human CHI3L2 (NP_003991.2) extracellular domain (Met 1-Leu 390) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and a signal peptide at the N-terminus.

Activity: The activity of this protein has not been tested.

Formulation: PBS, 12.5% Glycerol, pH7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed. Store at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
