Cellular Retinoic Acid Binding Protein II (CRABP2), recombinant mouse protein is supplied in frozen format. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the mouse CRABP2 (P22935) (Pro 2-Glu 138) fused to a polyhistide tag at the N-terminus.

Activity: The activity of this protein has not been tested.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution is needed. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Formulation: PBS, 20% Glycerol, pH 8.0, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.
