Methyltransferase Like 1 (METTL1), recombinant human protein is supplied in frozen format. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human METTL1 (NP_005362.3) (Asp 32-Gln 265) fused to a polyhistide tag at the N-terminus.

Activity: The activity of this protein has not been tested.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution is needed. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Formulation: 50mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 20% Glycerol, pH 8.0, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween80.
