USH1C (also known as Usher Syndrome 1C (autosomal recessive severe)) is a recombinant human protein that is supplied in frozen format and is quite suitable for use in protein structure analyses. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as immunogens, protein standards, and in other cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the native human USH1C (Q9Y6N9-1) (Met 1-Phe 552) that is fused to a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.

Formulation: 50mM Tris, 20% glycerol, pH 7.7.

Reconstitution: No reconstitution needed. Store at -80°C. Thaw protein on ice before use and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.

This protein is manufactured by SINO Biological.
