This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the amino acid sequence (Gly 2-Leu 280) of human SUV420H2 (NP_116090.2) fused to the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.

Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.

Formulation: 50 mM Tris, 500 mM NaCl, 30% glycerol, 0.05? Tween-20, pH 8.0.
