The CD19, clone SJ25-C1, Qdot® 800 nanocrystal conjugate is a mouse monoclonal antibody (mAb) (mAb)that recognizes the CD19 antigen. The Qdot® 800 nanocrystal conjugate may be used in the same way as conventional antibody conjugates and is most often used with 405 nm excitation, permitting simultaneous multicolor labeling of multiple targets off the violet laser. Alternatively, the nanocrystal can be excited by any laser up to the wavelength at which it absorbs.

Specificity for CD19
This antibody recognizes the CD19 B cell differentiation antigen. This antigen is expressed on B cells throughout their development but is not expressed on terminally differentiated plasma cells. CD19 serves as an adapter molecule involved in B cell signaling.
