Serpin Peptidase Inhibitor, Clade D, Member 1 (SERPIND1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human SerpinD1 precursor (NP_000176.2) (Met 1-Ser 499) fused to a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.Immobilized recombinant human SerpinD1-His (Cat:10295-H08H) at 10 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated recombinant mouse ELANE-His (Cat:50204-M08H) with a linear range of 0.15-10.0 µg/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
