This is a purified rabbit anti-mouse IP-10 oligoclonal antibody (oAb) that can be used in validated applications such as western blotting (WB) and indirect ELISA.

Specific for IP-10 (Mouse)
IP-10 (interferon-gamma-induced protein 10) is a 10 kDa protein. It is a member of the CXC family and acts by binding to CXCR3. It is a pro-inflammatory chemoattractant cytokine that attracts activated T lymphocytes. IP-10 is constitutively expressed at low levels in lymph organs, and the expression is highly induced by IFN-γ and to some extent by IL12. It is an important biomarker for diagnosis of many clinical conditions, and it plays an important role in host defense and inflammation. IP-10 exhibits an angiostatic and an antitumor role.
