Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein-like 2 (IL1RAPL2/IL1R9), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in cell biology research applications. It can also be used in molecular biology applications as a protein standard.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 356) of human IL1RAPL2 precursor (NP_059112.1) fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

Activity: This recombinant protein has not been tested.

Formulation: Lyophilized in 100 MM Glycine, 10 MM NaCl , 50 MM Tris , pH 7.5.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
