Cluster of Differentiation 70 (CD70), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in studying protein-protein interactions, and cell biology research applications. It can also be used as a protein standard.

This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Gln 39-Pro 193) of human CD70 (NP_001243.1) fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus with a polypeptide linker.

Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.
1. Immobilized mouse CD27 at 2 µg/mL (100 µl/well) can bind human CD70 with a linear range of 78-1250 pg/ml.
2. Immobilized mouse CD27-Fc at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD70 with a linear range of 0.39-12.5 ng/ml.

Formulation: Lyophilized in PBS, pH7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, and 0.02% Tween-80.

Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 25 mg/ml or lower. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted and be used as soon as possible. Store aliquots under sterile conditions at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Expiration Date: Expires one year from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
