The HistoMouse-Plus kit is the 2nd generation HistoMouse kit for the detection of mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue samples without causing background due to endogenous mouse Ig. Our patented BEAT™ technology (Blocking Endogenous Antibody Technology) is used to prevent the secondary antibody conjugate from reacting with endogenous mouse Ig. The LAB-SA detection method is used to amplify the signal. In addition, our HistoMouse-Plus kit includes the AEC Single Solution chromogen⁄ substrate system to create an intense red deposit around the antigen⁄antibody⁄enzyme complex in the sample.
