0.1-2 Kb RNA Ladder is suitable for sizing single-stranded RNA from 0.1 to 2 kb in glyoxal or formaldehyde agarose gels. The ladder consists of ten bands in even increments (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 kb) to simplify size estimation. The 0.3 kb band is more intense than the other bands, allowing easy orientation and identification of RNA bands on the gel. All RNA molecules in the ladder are polyA-tailed (40 nt) for convenient use as control templates for cDNA synthesis.
