The SeeBlue® Plus2 Pre-Stained Standard has been optimized for compatibility with NuPAGE® and Bolt™ gels, which use Life Technologies' Bis-Tris gel formulation. The SeeBlue® Plus2 Pre-Stained Standard contains 10 proteins: eight blue-dyed proteins and two proteins with contrasting colors, allowing easier band identification. The SeeBlue® Plus2 Standard allows you to easily monitor molecular weight ranges during electrophoresis and quickly evaluate Western transfer efficiency.

The SeeBlue® Plus2 Standard offers:

• 10 polypeptides resolved into 8 blue and 2 colored bands in the range of 4–250 kDa (depending upon buffer system)
• Immediate, unambiguous band identification
• A ready-to-use format—no mixing, heating, or reducing required
