YPD Broth Recipe
YPD Broth is a commonly used yeast growth media for maintenance and propagation of Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris) and Saccharomyces cerevisae (S. cerevisae) yeast strains.

Formulation per One Liter:
10 g   Yeast extract
20 g   Bacto peptone
20 g   Dextrose (glucose)
