The Neon™ Transfection System 100 µl Kit is designed specifically for use with the Neon™ Transfection System device. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 10 µl, containing 5 × 104 – 2 × 105 adherent cells or 1 × 105 – 5 × 105 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the 10 µl Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a multi-well culture dish. This ready-to-use universal kit comes complete with enough buffer and tips to run up to 192 reactions (96 in duplicate) using optimized or user defined protocols.
