Partek® Genomics Suite™ Software-Your Start-To-Finish Solution For Integrated Genomics
Partek® Genomics Suite™ software offers a variety of next generation sequencing workflows including DNA-seq, ChIP-seq and RNA-seq. Within the DNA-seq workflow, Genomic Suite™ software extends the analysis to find DNA variations beyond simple filters based on depth of coverage or allele frequencies. Genomic Suite™ software performs a statistical test at each base pair to determine if the variation seen at that base is statistically different from the control, while users have the ability to change the definition of "control". Comparisons can be made in a paired manner where a single sample can be compared against a control, variants can be identified against a consensus, or variants can be found across a collection of samples without a defined reference. Genomic Suite™ software offers integration using the industry standard file formats SFF, FASTQ, and SAM/BAM. Once variants have been identified, a collection of rich annotations allow the user to explore the biology that lies underneath the variation.
