Ambion® Lambda DNA is digested to completion with Hind III. This generates fragments of the sizes 23130, 9416, 6557, 4361, 2322, 2027, 564, and 125 bp. These DNA molecular mass markers are supplied with a protocol describing easy labeling of the markers with radioisotopes. They can also be stained with ethidium bromide. One tube containing 200 μg is provided.
