The Neon™ Transfection System 100 µl Kit is designed specifically for use with the Neon™ Transfection System device. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 µl, containing 5 × 105 – 2 × 106 adherent cells or 1 × 106 – 5 × 106 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the 100 µl Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a 6-well, 60 mm, or 10 cm culture dish, depending on your protocol. This ready-to-use universal kit comes complete with enough buffer and tips to run up to 50 reactions (25 in duplicate) using optimized or user defined protocols.
