Enrich epithelial tumor cells directly from whole blood, bone marrow, or PBMC suspensions. Enriched tumor cells are lysed for mRNA isolation and RT-PCR amplification. The sensitivity of combined enrichment and RT-PCR detection can be as high as 1 tumor cell in 1 ml blood.

Whole blood, bone marrow, PBMC, buffy coat.

Number of cells processed:
200 ml whole blood or ~4 × 109 PBMC.
